Toolroom Records are cracking open the bubbly once more to celebrate their 200th release and what a cracker it is with Die & Interface feat William Cartwright 'Bright Lights'. Already receiving huge support on the airwaves from Mistajam, Bailey (1xtra) through to Zane Lowe, Annie Mac and Trevor Nelson (BBC Radio 1), DJ Hype (Kiss 100) and with big hitters Andy C, Annie Mac and Grooverider dropping this week in, week out, 'Bright Lights' is set to be undoubtedly one of the biggest dancefloor tunes of 2010!

Die is one of Drum and Bass' shining stars with a Mercury prize to his name and countless classics spanning two decades, while rising star Interface and vocalist William Cartwright complete this superb line-up. For this momentous occasion we have also drafted in some of house music's biggest talents in Mark Knight, Knee Deep and Sidney Samson to deliver a stunning remix package.

The genre defying Rockers Mix kicks off proceedings with a full on fusion of shuddering bass, frantic beats alongside some delectably warm chords. The breakdown slows you down as the emotive, soulful vocals of William flows effortlessly on top of a down tempo beat before flipping the script with electrifying vocoded vocals and a monstrous drop that picks you up by the scruff of the neck, shakes you senseless and catapults you head first into a wall of intense, earth shattering beats and a seriously savage bass.

For those more partial to their four to the floor beats, label boss Mark Knight turns in a superb jackin house remix, Knee Deep take it in familiar deeper territory with a soulful side, while Sidney Samson provides his trademark sound on a package that suits every taste.

This is a truly unmissable release from Toolroom that once again encapsulates the ethos of a forward thinking label at the forefront of electronic music.
