Whole latte Love Gaggia Brera Priming Problems out of box!

After this video was viewed key individuals at WLL they convinced this pissed consumer to take the video offline. Well, not in enough time for me to save a copy for my records. Shout out to the techs, the pretty machine cleaners, and the shipping crew. WLL are nothing without you. Stand your ground.
Hi Mike Norton-techshop manager @ WLL(maybe) you shouldn't "let people go" who had no Re-repairs or for things that have nothing to do with the job you hired them for especially people including MYSELF who have heaping mounds of dirt on you. Next time your cheap ass, no Christmas bonus giving, Porsche driving owner Gary Salzman or the Salzman Group wants to relocate there warehouse they should get a professional crew instead of MAKING the TECH-shop crew strip floors, water-blast ceilings on scissor ladders, running ethernet cables, paint over unstripped dirty greasy walls, tear down dead rat infested shitty installation WITH NO PROTECTION or MASKS ! Gary, I told you straight to you face I didn't feel comfortable doing this stuff and you waited till it was done and let me go by telling Mike Norton and Tracy Schafer I no longer "fit" for your company. Kiss my ass ! Not to mention the tech shop or shipping workers who haven't been reviewed for there RAISES in months/years or that impossible parts section that has no functional organization whatsoever. Hey Mike are you still ordering boilers without O-rings how about ordering 20 Bar 11 valves for 100 back-ordered machines. That's S-M-R-T! I could go on, trust me I HAVE PROOF. When you are wrong people have the right to complain about you and your company as well as post video to make it publicly known that "your shit stinks, too."
Whole latte Love is known for having LOTS of issues with it's machines. DON'T LET WHOLE LATTE LOVE CONVINCE YOU TO REMOVE VIDEO COMPLAINTS, IT HELPS YOUR CASE AGAINST THEM!

I bought a baby twin from there site and once I took it out the package and put water in it leaked all over my counter. They have terrible customer service. Run away from Whole latte love.
