  • Quote the Raven never more

  • @steiner8burgerston You make no sense. First off, if TW/AOL didn't pull the TNT spot, WCW *would* have been bought by Fusient. It would have survived for at least a little while, depending on how well the business was run. Second, how was it better for "a wrestling guy" like Vince to buy it? The man simply killed the whole promotion. He did NOTHING with it, other than a horrible invasion angle and mining the tapes for his DVDs. This was a good thing, in your mind?

  • @vincentrich He was pushed at the beginning but halfway through the invasion angle they made him wear a skirt and form part of the most unsuccessful tag team with Justin Credible, losing every match.

Vince's ego ruined wrestling, so many performers lost their jobs especially after ecw folded a week before, but THE DAY he bought wcw he announced how his had the company in 'the palm of his hand' and that Jeff. J was 'Gone' (because any wrestler he didn't like would have no future).

  • Raven was one of my favorites. He could have gotten over VERY well in WWE...shame

  • Those braids are a crime against nature.

  • "You Know."

  • he shoulda been WORLD CHAMP in WCW,and yes in WWE as well

  • @peterp21 AOL/Time warner made it clear that they didnt want wrestling and by the way WCW was booked it was no way it would've gotten better or survived at all and like i said most top stars had contracts that they preferred to sit out instead of wrestling, not Vince fault for the lack of star power

  • @81pdmatt Yes, adding (more like making them the entire emphasis) WWF guys to the angle hurt, but Vince fucked the whole angle up from A to Z.

  • @AnarkicLexx DDP was a already there, nwo had contracts with AOL/Time warner and preferred to sit out a year than wrestle, so yea anyone with half a brain could've thought if that. especially over 10 years after it happened

  • @hollywood21639 if Vince never bought WCW, it was still gonna die anyways, so it's better for a wrestling guy like vince to buy it, rather than someone who has no knowledge in it
