The original Sugar: The Bitter Truth video has almost no padding. It's 100% amazing information, but a lot of it is geared towards scientists and researchers. I agree that a lot of it isn't relevant to us lay-people, but it's hardly long winded and stretched out.

My goodness! What a powerfully lucid explication! Thanks a million! I'm a diabetic who takes L-argenine L-ornithine to get the nitric acid. I haven't had sugar in my house for several years, but use Splenda and Stevia, the occasional ice cream too. What are the implications in using these sweetners? Can you shed more light? Very appreciative of a response!

Thanks. So far I primarily drink water, milk and teccino. When I cant stand to have anymore, I will have vitamin water zero. I have been doing a mixture of what you suggestion I try to get a well rounded meal plan per day. I don't really eat much fruit anymore except the occasional banana and apple to stay away from the sugar. I eat my greens usually mixed with carbs or meat. I am getting there slowly but surely.

drink: green tea, coffee, water, lemon juice (from real lemon not from a bottle) with water

eat: fruits, vegetables (green leafy types), fish (salmon, cod, tilapia, etc. less tuna as it contains higher amount of mercury), meats (but in less numbers say once or twice per week). Try getting your carbs from veggies only and see what happens :) I only eat some rice or potato during dinner time and not later than 8pm. rest of the day lettuce, broccoli, green asparagus, tomato and apple for carbs.
