The reasons why bullying in schools, work etc cannot stop is because its roots originate from your government from their secrets. The US government (etc) is the stupendous uptight bully to other world nations as we can see, for filthy lucre's sake. The minds of the people had been gradually conditioned to accept abominable acts (e.g. homosexualism, demonic figurines, 'covert' racism etc) by the US government, which is hell bent on destruction of the lives of the people. Shocking to you ain't it.

I guess you are also not aware of certain laws in the US that best suits autocratic & fascist regimes but are hidden for now (with 'democratic laws' as a 'front' that is seen), but as time is going on, the implementation of these laws is gradually manifesting.
