at that distance you can just focus absorb the one hit, and he can still punish the cannonspikes etc -_-

You should really watch this match again. Cammy used plenty of spiral arrows that were blocked and not punished.

It is possible to be -2 on a blocked arrow. The distance needs to be just right.

im not disagreeing that its 5-5 im just saying that just giving that one piece of information is pretty useless considering that a honda player won't even bother using that while a cammy player knows how to punish. and even then honda can punish all of cammy's specials out on block<.<

Sure, but whenever a certain character can punish certain options, it helps that character.

Honda isn't too affected by that and his high HP / high damage makes this an even match.
