Do Giants Exist? 12 Foot Giant Discovery

"Do Giants Exist"? 12 Foot Giant discovered in Ireland circa 1876. - I made an error somewhere in this vid regarding dates - they found the mummified giant in 1876 and Strand Magazine did the article in 1895. Sometime in between those two dates people lost track of Dyer and Kershaw, and the whereabouts of the giant remain unknown.

If they have, or do exist, what are their potential origins? Is there a link to the bible stories of Nephilim giants with six fingers and six toes?

Mummified giant discovered in Antrim, Ireland by Mr Dyer. He went on to display the giant in both Dublin and England.

I could not find any record of scientists disputing his find or claims at the time he was displaying the giant - but this does not mean they were not disputed, either.

One mistake I made on the video was stating at one point that he found the giant in 1895 - it was actually that Strand Magazine did a story on the giant, in 1895. If this creature was real, it seems too large to have simply been the result of genetic imperfections.

It has also been suggested in recent times that this creature was actually an enormous stone carving of some description - although I find this theory questionable as the veins in the arms and wrists are visible in close ups, so it would be a phenomenal example of stone carving if it had that level of intricacy. Also, we would expect someone at the time to have challenged Mr Dyer on his exhibit if this had been the case.

Mr Dyer, with his business partner, Mr Kershaw, travelled quite extensively displaying their find, but after a dispute over ownership and seemingly a 4 pound or more transport bill, it would seem the partnership dissolved. No real record of what happened to the mummified giant appears to exist.
