Pho itself has 2x the calories of Sweet and sour chicken deep fried with 2 cups of rice.
And thats without meatballs and the raw meat on the side

vietnamese cuisine is definitely the less greasy, less sodium, more tasteful and more appealing way of cooking chinese food! LOL

@johnnynocaster What is it about Vietnam war era guys talking about Vietnamese food like it's smelly or nasty? Not hating, just wondering, since I've never had Viet food that isn't completely and totally awesome. Even going to the homes of guys I train with at the gym. Is it the fish sauce when it's home made that smells bad? I've always wondered..BTW, I love any dish with fish sauce in it, and think it smells great! Just wondering though. I wasn't there, you know?
