Steve King is not saying the NFL can't do what it wants to do. Where did you get that from?? He is just pointing out the hypocrisy in Goodell's negative stance against Limbaugh's controversial statements as a potential owner, all the while ignoring other owners or part-owners equally controversial statements, song lyrics, etc... It's not hard to understand.
