I am an aviation student and I knew how aircraft works. I couldn't understand them,but pilots are well trained in any emergency situation. They seemed under ctrl to me and try to land the aircraft as safer as they can. Not many ppl can do that. Stop blaming them and relating it to religion issue. Have faith in God is nothing wrong.

@ransom1wi No, this plane with the fuel display problem is also one documentary on the "Air Crash" (not the 747). It was a mistake from the pilot that did not check the refueling paperwork before take off when he thought the plane was refueled. In fact it was not refueled but the wrong fuel indicator was fitted (one from an earlier model). The difference was exactly 900 kg.

They did survive! Worth watching!

That was a job well done... just in case they wud have attempted for a landing on strip and wud have failed that wud have been a bigger disaster... no one wud have survived and there were chances of other casualties as well...

by the sound of the recording, it shows they were professional enough to work under that kind of pressure.

Hats off to those daring pilots and shame on the system that puts them in a jail after this...

@Winfab1 Well. both pilots survived but the engineer who had been called in to the flight deck didn't make it along with one of the two flight attendants also died in the crash. Moreover! 14 of the 35 passengers also died in the crash.

PS: considering the fact that in most cases...almost every one in the plane died in such scenario... I would say it was a good job done by the Pilots.
