I'm Johnny Clegg's nephew, and i'm proud of it. he doesn't need you to defend him, or criticize him. the one thing that really get me and my family annoyed is that every single one of Johnny's songs on youtube always spark political racial discussions. that's what he fought against all these years. please stop it. these comments are entirely unrelated to the video, and are in bad taste.

Forget the media it don't show the true picture.

Still love Johnny Clegg and great for his efforts, want to go back and show my son the areas I know and lived (Hillbrow, Cresta, etc).

Apart from few that lived there can understand the real situation. I was there from 1987-1997 and experienced both sides pre and post-apartheid.

Also seen the ugly sides like neck-lacings, bombings, etc.

What most people don't get is that most the problems were between the african tribes and many africans where pro-whites and voted as such.

There is more hatred between the african tribes than between africans and whites.

And never be an asian or half-breed there = bad news.
