EDIT 10/7/2008: So this is a video of what was literally my first ever performance on electric violin when I was 16, before I even really took it seriously. I just watched it again after two years and it's interesting to see what I used to play like. Thanks for all the positive comments, and check out my new work 'cause I've come a long way since this performance.

Electric violinist Alex Mitchell performs his original composition "Neoclassical" from his low-budget album on his five-string NS Designs CR5. Inspired by Ed-Alleyne Johnson, he uses looper and delay effects to create the illusion of multiple parts.

I'd rather listen to this then any of that other crap playing, nowadays. THis modern music we have now is absolutely horrid, and has no meaning or emotion behind it. Sad is what it is, that our children have to grow up thinking that MMiley Cyrus and Beyonce is epic and legendary.

@Newwrock miley cyrus and beyonce yes. but keep in mind, we grew up on " modern music" comparatively. dont knock the evolution of music. there are many artists with a "modern" or so called crappy " processed" sound, that has plenty, if not more, emotion behind it than the music of yesteryear.
