i know that this is kinda off subject but i like your wall with the dolls. except, it does look kinda scary. it reminds me of this movie from the 80s called Dolls. of course, the dolls comes alive and kill.

Where can you get raw, unheat treated pecans for soaking?
-
Bunny; you are too much, and I loved it. I'll be right back, I have to soak my monkey nuts.

If you got your raw almonds from the grocery store and not directly from a farmer, they aren't really "raw" but pasteurized. No need to soak those!
Yes, the USDA now requires all retail almonds to be gassed and heated to high temperatures to kill all the good stuff in them! They are labeled as raw, bit are dead, not raw. You have to go online to get real almonds straight from farmers that grow them. Google it .... I bought 25 lbs. of raw almonds from an Organic farmer in California.

i started soaking my nuts 3 weeks ago. They're much easier for the jaw & they ACTUALLY digest. as in saying "they don't come out the way they went in" anymore lol

I found your video to be very entertaining, hilarious, informative and I also sensed a lot of love from it. Thank you for the link I'll go check it out. I have been in the dark on this whole nut soaking thing and still don't yet understand it.
Peace and love, Louis

Oh my God! Haha! Hey...if monkey trainers (or whatever that organization was about!) gives you good information, then why not!? Thanks for sharing - very funny!
LOL Beth!
My favorite are germinated almonds.. they are incredibly good! I love to take some soaked almonds and walnuts rinsed and dried well and chop them up and then sprinkle them on top of a bowl of sliced bananas and strawberries drizzled with agave nectar w/ a splash of cinnamon. It's the freshest "cobbler dessert" thing! Love it!! Try it!
God Bless and keep up the great work! It's worth it! (From one PCOS syster to another!!)
