I do try and stay away from the sugar free stuff. To be honest in my opinion your better having a small amount of sugar then having all the cemical versions. Its all about portion control and as long as your not eating it every day. Its fine...i mean its still ok to treat yourself.

I also went abroad and self paid for my surgery because it was to much in the UK.
Forget about what other people think, you doing this for yourself and for your health...dont pay no mind to anybody else. You stay focused on your goal and you can get there! I look forward to following you on your journey and sharing the journey with you!
