Good to see you out on this issue. It should be a bigger deal now that it has been confirmed that your suspicions were correct.

FISA does a lot to protect us and most Americans don't complain about it which is why it passed so overwhelmingly even amongst the Bush hatin Democrats in Congress.

Do you make lots of international phone calls to Pakistan Syria or Iran? Sorry but if you do you should expect to be wiretapped.

this is one reason im no longer a democrat. Rick, eres un pendejo, and you are a GI? you are drinking the liberal kool-aid. im a iraq vet and a drop-out from the EDGEWOOD ISD. SIR, I know what the FISA act is, you sir need to read that act well, before making a idiot statement like you made here.

I'm not from Texas but I approve of your message! It's great to hear a potential senator actually step up and address this outrageous policy.

I agree 100%. FISA itself is fine, I don't see why we need to update it and the phone companies knew what they were doing was wrong but allowed it. We have freedoms in this nation and the government needs to have some sort of reasoning to tap lines, it can't just get all the information for no reason. We can't sell out our constitution
