Not unlike the situation with Mark Byron. Update: Now in the Ninth Circuit. The District judge dismissed in dicta, saying that judges have absolute immunity. No they don't. Not when they act outside judicial authority. And making an internal procedural rule that has substantive legal effect on all citizens of Arizona is outside their authority. Tom Horne, Arizona AG is on the wrong side of this defending the Justices. But he did not respond to the OSC. Any strong 2nd Amendment attorneys want to champion this case of first impression? Leave a comment. Comment moderation is on, so you will remain private.

First it was Michael Roth of Quartzsite, Arizona, whose gun rights were unlawfully revoked because he called a town councilman a "turd." Then our youtuber had his gun rights revoked . . . for blogging!

Overlooking the obvious First Amendment issues, there is no law in Arizona giving judges the authority to revoke your 2nd Amendment right in a Civil Injunction Against Harassment. Or to put your name on the FBI's NCIC database. So now a federal civil rights lawsuit, suing the Justices of the Arizona Supreme Court to force them to obey the Constitution. (Republican Senators - President Obama has nominated our Justice Hurwitz for a seat on the Ninth. Please remember this video during his confirmation process.)

  • Sam Vederman, La Paz County Attorney has asked that the F.B.I. conduct a full investigation into the Quartzsite Government, Chief of Police Jeff Gilbert, and the QPD! read his letter at "aview.info" along with the letter of former QPD-Clerk Linda Conley's NCIC/ACJIS report!
