I have lymphoma in stage 4. I have been taking Chemo for two years. I can witness, the brain fog, inability of concentrate, etc. I was not told of other forms of treatment because, to doctors there is no other viable treatment, especially a treatment that nets doctors and medicine manufacturers the millions of dollars they currently rack up. YOU CANT WIN, ITS EITHER DIE MENTALLY OR DIE PHYSICALLY.

My partner has Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Chemo is something which we may have to deal with in the future. I know all the risks, and all the possible side effects. You say you've gone through it. Then you must aggree, being fatigued and a little forgetful, but ALIVE, sure beats being six feet under.

minutemanjs: Aside from Thompson's cancer, I do not agree with your assertion that he is the "Best Republican Candidate" for POTUS. Thompson does not have the support of conservatives for several reasons to include his vote for amnesty for illegal aliens to provide cheap labor for corporations while in the Senate and his role in McCain-Feingold among others.
