The roast is progressing along. We are at 5 minutes into the roast at this point. You can tell the beans have lost some of their green color and turned yellowish tan by this point. I believe you'll hear me kick on the hood vent. Unfortunately, the hood vent doesn't vent to the outside, but back into the kitchen. At least it shoots it toward the window behind us, where I have a box fan exhausting the resulting smoke outdoors. This keeps it fairly smoke free in the house.
