That's because "Star Trek: Dominion war" is the rip-of. This one is the original. If you look up the trekwar-website, there is a high-res version (should be hard to make from a youtube-rip).
st:dw just cuts out the overlays and is therefore out of sync with the rhythm of the music.

hate to be rude but, this seems a bit like a rip of Star trek: Domion war (a video that is also on youtube using th same soundtrack and ome bits of video)
