Bid to tackle religious chants

A new campaign has been launched to tackle religious hatred at football matches in the wake of allegations that Middlesbrough striker Mido was subjected to anti-Islamic taunts by some Newcastle United fans. Tyneside-based charity Show Racism the Red Card has now used the incident to highlight the problem of Islamophobia in a new documentary.
