he doesent talk to me when i walk in to the main room and ive done the matrix dream to get 127 and i dont know if its the game or what i need help plz and it wont let me out side or do anything i can just walk around in the main building

Maybe you pressed x button and skipped the cutscene by accident. Go outside and see if the scooter is there.
