VECTACRAFT horizontal cartoners for blister strips

Video shows MERLIN series horizontal cartoners working for blister strips with automatic transfer from a blister packer. Blisters coming from upstream machine are received and stacked in a magazine. They are then fed into the product conveyor of the cartoner in 1s, 2s, 3s or more, depending on the requirement. For stacking more blisters stacking, KYTE series intermittent cartoners are used, as shown.
Thereafter the leaflet is picked from the magazine and fed to the leaflet chain, carton is picked up by a rotary system, pre-broken and loaded into the carton chain, product is loaded and the carton is closed.
