http://www.euronews.com/ British Prime Minister David Cameron appears to have won his battle for spending less on the EU.

European leaders have tentatively agreed a headline figure of 960 billion euros to be spent over the next seven years.

It would be the first-ever net reduction to such a budget in the EU's history.

The number is down by some three percent from the last seven-year plan.

Now the finer details on what money goes where must be set out.

Overnight talks broke off before 10:00 CET this morning.

Diplomats will meet again this afternoon to discuss this draft deal.

"Even if the heads of the government agree on the compromise proposal which is on the table. The European Parliament now has the power to block the agreement," explains euronews correspondent Olaf Burns.

European Parliament president Martin Schulz says he'll do just that if spending levels are not high enough, meaning this long-negotiated deal could well unravel.

Scotland will have their referendum which looking at the opinion polls they would vote to stay part of the UK.And the UK will get our referendum in 2017 that's if Cameron is still in power and Labour will never get back in power and Conservatives up and down the country are turning to UKIP.

You're actually wrong on both accounts all opinion polls suggest that scots want to remain in the UK and since Alex Salmond has shouted his big fat mouth off about joining the EU the independence vote has dropped further.Scots are saying whats the point of getting independence from one union to join another.

Well considering the EU have said themselves that's what they're going to do it's hardly a conspiracy theory.Either way it won't work the wheel is in motion here in the UK regarding being out of the EU that's why Cameron is in a dilemma.

The Church of Scotland traces its roots back to the earliest Christians in Scotland, its identity was principally shaped by the Scottish Reformation of 1560. At that point, the church in Scotland broke with Rome, in a process of Protestant reform. You've been outed you are Cointelpro (Counter Intelligence Professionals) you're a EU agent who's job is to counter any opposition to the EU.Well you're going to fail old bean.

You're a complete moron both churches have DIFFERENT names but teach the same doctrine the Anglican church and the church of Scotland are both PROTESTANT and they are Christian nxt you'll be telling me Catholicism is Christian (Roman paganism) There's far more people related in Scotland and England (marriage, uncles, aunts, grandparents, cousins) than England and Germany.Oh btw most Scots don't want to be part of the EU either.
