Yes it is. Its a left hand drive Holden Commodore SS (VY Series). Of which the original car was built in Australia and Engine Imported from America. The Lumina may be fully built in America... however it is still just a LHD Holden Commodore....

only the Hsv have the Ls2, but the later commodores (06) have L76 gen 4 6.0 v8s which is similar to both the ls1 and ls2
