My bad, it did not appear in 'Pi' although the composer that made 'Lux Aeterna' (Clint Mansell) was the composer of the soundtrack for 'Pi' and Darren Aronofsky's latest film 'The Fountain'

It is called 'Lux Aeterna' from the original score of Darren Aronofsky's 'Requiem for a Dream'. It also appeared in Darren Aronofsky's debut film 'Pi' if I am not mistaken. Although that version was a lot more tame.
