Why would I say it sucks if I haven't read the book? You can't say something sucks without trying it out. After buying the first Twilight book I read the three other books in pdf format online because I didn't want to spend money on meyer.

I only said people say the twilight series is like fanfiction, something I agree with and thought about when I read the first book and that's ONE of the reasons why I don't like the Twilight series because Stephanie Meyers work isn't unique because every other fanfiction has the same plot of a a handsome guy falling in love with a girl who think she's ugly but every other guy in the story is falling for her. Yet Twilight is bestselling because people don't know about fanfiction.

so what if it is the same story... when u are so smart why don't you create one yourself like Stephenie and try to get published...then you can say whatever you want and i'll keep my mouth shut...until then stop saying it sucks, because there are lots of stories, but none of them is like Twilight and there would never be one like it!

What? You sounded like you were agreeing that fanfiction is like Twilight and then you said that there isn't anything like it out there. Did you just contradict yourself or you don't know what fanfiction is? I'm not a writer but since Meyer's work got published the standards have become really low. Any one who is sexually repressed and put sentences together can get publish. I'm allowed to say Twilight sucks it's a free country I'm not telling you to stop loving it.

Four books about a girl who loves a vampire "cause he's cute", marries him at age 18 and gets pregnant. A great message to kids out there reading this:

girls: if you find a handsome guy, he's THE ONE, have sex with him ASAP and get pregnant if possible.

guys: girls will only like you if you're good looking. PERIOD.

At least Harry Potter had interesting plots in each book, here it's just the same

First of all she did not have sex with him ASAP. she lost her VIRGINITY to him after they were married. Secondly, People got married a lot younger than 18 in centuries passed. Thirdly, Stephenie Meyer may not be a great writer, but she had a great idea for a story & it obviously made for a very POPULAR book series. And lastly, why rant why it sucks on youtube? How about talking about something you actually like, like Harry Potter or whatever. Thanks for bringing more attention to Twilight.
