Beth, I would really like to know how long you have been hooping, and if you had any previous dance training. I've just begun my hooping passion/ love affair, and while I am "loving the process", I really look forward to the day that it comes so easily and effortlessly for me, as it seems to for you. @jessence13 Thanks so very much for your sweet comment. It really means a lot to me. I only took a few dance classes as a child in rural eastern NC and was an utter failure. However, when I went to college, I started rock-climbing (back before there were climbing gyms) and found that I loved linking up moves and 'dancing' up the rock. I don't think I was conscious of dancing, only that it felt really good. The hoop has brought back memories. I think we ALL have it in us. Best to you on your path

Yep, that's Greg Brown, one of my husband's favorites. We're celebrating our 7th anniv today. The "HA" at the end seems like a "so THERE!" This is the best marriage song I've ever heard.
