@kweej mad gardener we used to call him. He used to pretend to be deaf. Caught him gardening for money off Melrose Avenue. Mad fella. Used to wear a brown jacket. RIP Shaky Hand Man! Long live Toy Mic Trev and other Cardiff Legends, like the Laughing Old Guy of Albany Road and the guy who empties drinking water into the Taff from his shopper. It's legends like these that make Cardiff what it is - not John Lewis or Dr. Who!
