Why not just turn right, and then do a U turn couple hundred metres up. Much quicker

1) Just trying to show everyone how hard it is turn left here.
2) That's illegal to do, even though I have done it before.
3) Traffic's too heavy for that on this street.

@Bryant5493 and @paulty 1991 actually you could turn right get into the left turn lane turn left into a busness and go around the parking lot and then turn right (also known as a Michigan left
