Ali was in decent shape here but not in the best shape of course. Remember Ali was no longer the Ali of the 60s here. After his upset of George Foreman Ali would sometimes come in a little heavier than usual but in his 4 title defenses Wepner, Lyle, Bugner and Frazier Ali was still very good but since his body was aging he had trouble with his weight. Now look at his title defenses after Frazier III, thats when he really lost it ability-wise and weight-wise.

Bugner was never British Champion.... Are you for real? Please research fighters records before you make such statements. I understand if you are too young to remember but a little bit of Googling goes a long way. No worries though I've made a similar mistake but learned from my mistake. Best
