UP Red Cross Youth - Diliman Applicants' Orientation Teaser for the 2nd Semester 09-10.
I had hoped for this video to make people, our applicants, realize the dedication of this org towards its humanitarian service, with no other intention that could be greater than to serve and ease human pain and suffering within our capacity as student volunteers and leaders. And based on the feedback of some of our members, this goal seemed to have been met. The audio, however, was muted because the audio tract was apparently copyrighted and cannot be shared. =(
We are part of a global network of volunteers from 186 National Red Cross Societies all over the world. The University of the Philippines Red Cross Youth in Diliman is a university-wide organization duly recognized by the Office of Student Affairs and affiliated with the Philippine National Red Cross Quezon City Chapter. It upholds and promotes the Red Cross ideals of humanitarian voluntary service among the youth via its various principle-oriented services and activities, such as First Aid services, Health Missions, Blood Programs, and many more.
