i dont understand. how did your baby get the infection in the first place? from your vagina? how does the baby getting better relate to your use of the sanitary pad unless 1)your baby has constant direct contact with your genitals for some odd reason 2)you stick anion sanitary pads all over your baby... this doesnt make sense at all...
