Second test at Grand Palace, january 2009.
This is the second soup we tested this evening. Half an hour earlier we did another test, and the first soup was different from this second one.
The second one had more soy sauce.
Hot & Sour soup is generaly called Pekingsoppa (Beijing Soup) in Swedish. Sometimes it is called Chinees goulash soup.
There are three types of Pekingsoppa, the soy one, the sweet and sour, and the most rare, the tomato tasting.
