Five so-called elected representatives of the people of Bradford approved the demolition of the iconic Bradford Odeon... against the wishes of those who put them in their privileged positions. This film identifies the five guilty councillors. Give them "what for", Odeon supporters!!!
Short sighted view. Bradford Council has demolished every decent building or arcade it ever had over the years. That's one of the reasons the city centre is dying on it's feet. Know it's constantly said but look at Leeds Victoria Quarter etc, etc. Bradford Council should make something good out of the Odeon and then it would contrast well with the new (Jury's Inn etc) Bradford is never going to see massive new investment again. Make the best of what you've got.

For god sakes please knock this hideous building down. People wake up and move on, times have changed. Can't stand the sight of this, people who come from out of town think what the hell. Not a good impression of Bradford is it? Right in the city centre we have a disgusting old cinema which is infested by rats. This city needs Jobs. Jurys Inn and P. Financial looks so cool!

The people of Boston (Lincs) voted out the entire council at the last local elections because they had consistantly refused to ask for a road bypass for the town. Bradford should do the same.

I'm afraid that most councils and councillors are dreadful. Like at Doncaster, the officers at Bradford have no interest in saving this building. The loss of the Gaumont Palace in Donny was a tragedy - approved by just five councillors and a deliberately skewed report by planning officers. LibLabCon are all part of the same con trick.
