Oh hai! Have you ever tried the maximus muscle 247 workout (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend gained a ton of muscle with it.

I would want to lose a bit fat and get some Muscle but sadly every time i try i lose motivation... i just get tired and i get back in my house and i eat because i dident succeed ... could you give me some tips for motivation?
i did this and got freakin tired i gtta try this more

@TacticalGamesReviews Hey, I understand your dilemma. Many clients come to me for that reason. Motivation is one. Lack of time is another. Don't know what to do is yet a top 3 reason. @DesertSmeagle Absolutely. Losing fat is not magical. This is one of the most effective 10-exercise circuit workout. You still have to eat properly, etc.

@CareyforFitness of course. What would you say is more effective, eating right, or a hard workout? Or do they both need each other? Ive recently started cutting my calories and eating tons of chicken.

@DesertSmeagle Depending on what you want to achieve. In any case, you need consistent progress training with supported nutriton and diet. Know your calories.
