Can anybody send me links that can prove soy is healthy? I find many links that show how bad soy is for you. Since I'm not the expert, I suggest you do some research for yourself.
I've read that fermented soy is okay- such the kind used in miso soup. But since monsanto is a big poducer of soybeans - you know the deal. Also, Almond Milk is a great substitute for cow's milk which cause mucus build up in humans: mmm-mmm!
it's so hard to find food theses days that arent hybrids. what do you usually stick with in your diet?

tempeh is fermeted soy, but soy is a hybrid which means it does not grow in nature. hybrid plants like : oats, carrots, corn are not good for you.

oh yeah, i shouldve mentioned fermented soy and that it can actually be beneficial. i actually use fermented soy products.
