1. Chest & Back.
2. Legs.

  • Arnold made me lift but Mike kept me on lifting. I have a mustache that I comb everyday dedicate to Mike.

  • It's hard not to be impressed by a guy who warms up on a bench press machine with nearly the entire weight of the stack!

  • @reggiearsekicker And he also explained that those 15 extra pounds came from not overdoing the cardio and diet, thus he didn't sacrifice as much muscle that year. But I don't think he ever did heavy duty, if that's what you were trying to said and I got you correctly.

  • @reggiearsekicker Hi man. I saw in a couple of videos here were Dorian was asked about weather he was trained by MM or not, and he always answeres that he trained with him briefly with him and that MM induced him to cut down the volume even more-he was already training with fairly low volume.

  • @bfar74 Tell that to Dorian Yates who gained 15lbs in one year due to Mentzer's approach and personal training.

  • has anyone ever done this with just by themselves?  no spotters or trainers?

  • "This is not weight throwing this is weight lifting!" I feel like saying that to a lot of gym assholes I see every time I hit the gym. Classic!
