Gingerman Race Track, September 3, 2011

In car video at Gingerman Raceway September 3rd, 2011.
I was driving a 2011 CTS-V Coupe. I changed the exhaust to a custom built B&B (Billy Boat) exhaust and added a KPE Cone type cold air intake. I shpould be around 580 hp right now. Stock was 556.
I hadn't been there in 3 yrs and was a little rusty, but adapted fairly quickly to a different car (I just bought it in July) This car is a joy to drive! On the track or on the road. I took 2 videos. I was definitely running faster on the 2nd video, but the sound is bad due to the fact I was told I had to have both front windows open and the wind noise overshadows the sound of the engine, supercharger, and tires.
A sqealing tire is a happpy tire... ;-)
I did 5 sessions on Saturday. It was brutally hot and humid. 90F and it must have been 100% humidity.
Great time racing, however :-)

Extremely well!

I meant to put high temp brake fluisd in, bit forgot until it was too late and no time.

Brakes worked flawlessly!

No problems at all with the PS-2's either. Excellent tire!
