One of the true giants of the martial arts. Professor Powell and his students were videotaped at his old school, When Worlds Collide, on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn NY. Grandmaster Powell will be remembered by all who had the honor of meeting him.

@Mider999 Erik paulsob wa a champion shoot fighter before training with Inosanto. I think we should understand what "making" a fighter is. Yes, Inosanto and others can teach, but when a teacher has hundreds if not thousands of students, even ten "good" fighters is a small amount.

@Mider999 Your a very smart person and thankyou for noticing jkd,kali,and the arts that bruce lee founded. mma is not a real style of fighting the real mma is from bruce lee finding kali he found this from his brother doing fencing and he thaught why not combining wich here came kali then through time of bruce lee and jessie glover cam jkd. thanks for noticing kd bro

I would like this stuff used against some kick boxers, and boxers, etc etc. and im not an MMA freak who says oh MMA is > over all other arts. cause thats bull. No im a fan of Dan Inosanto and all he does he's produced some of the best fighters who learned JKD, Filipino Martial arts, Silat, and other stuff. Erik Paulson is one such student, So is Ron Balicki so is Erik Paulson. etc etc these same guys who train in tournaments STILL do JKD, FMA, Silat to this day. they also added BJJ
