here is another way if your r using any of Microsoft office programs and you want to convert it into a pdf file ,just create another folder on a different place select save as chose the destination folder (new created one),NOW under the two OPTIONS NAME and SAVE AS TYPE select the type pdf and there u go ,u have a new pdf file made from your work .done
