  • Thank you for putting this up ,the very heart and soul of robotics lie in the drive of people who want to do good!!It is what makes robotics cool and necessary!!

  • Hey No Problem! I'm here to inform and inspire! :) If you like robotics, I have some other videos here and some links on my web site. Some of the other videos also contain bionics like this video.

  • @Kakemovich So, controlled the way a normal arm is? by thought?

  • @Shalek

Because only a small part of the prosthetic is devoted to covering the actual nerves- so putting them close together is more efficient and practical. Sort of like grouping all of the light switches in a room right next to the door; easier to hit them all.

  • Great story! This technology will really change lives in about 100 years.

  • Why do they have to relocate the nerves?

  • it may be new in da vid but when did it get posted on youtube

  • Great information... but how much does it cost ?

  • They say, that the new arm is controlled by thought, but that is wrong. Arm is controlled by small electrodes, which are activated by muscle contraction.

  • rasmasyean,,,,,you certainly did that for me !! i have this in my fav and another of yours ,,,my video of Reem B

Humanoid robot got 5000 views in the last 2 hours so,i,m just amazed and a little stunned

haha but in a good way ,Reem B got featured global today!!,Hugs xo
