@sebastianbrosche england mate! iv been training on the stability ball for better movement for bjj, i think certain parts of this would also help? enjoyed your bjj vids great stuff, you trained over in brazil last year with my coach carl fisher! small world ;)

@zohanriley ah! say hi to carl from me! My friend Ryan Miah practices and teaches budokon in London, He is an awesome instructor and has practiced asskicking with shaolin monks in China. I have only been practicing budokon for a few months, but it helps me alot! My herniated back is much stronger, and i feel much better than i do when i just sparr. The ball is cool, i used it alot before. As long as it is big enough:)
