@paintballwiz1983 So what do you do then? You gotta wear something if feet are hurting. For over the counter, these are the most expensive and as custom as they get for over the counter. The next step would be to see a Podiatrist and get your foot casted or digitally imprinted depending on the doctor's method. I've been wearing plaster casted custom orthotics for 10 years. But now I have forefoot tenderness, so I need to update them. Thinking of going the modern digital route this time.

i have been wearing these for a few months and developed a bone spur in my right foot and have a lot of pain now so bad i thought it was broken but it is a bone spur had to get it x rayed not sure if its from these or not

A lot of people are 440's.. it looks like a lot of ppl need it b/c at sears all the 440 was all sold out

I just got them (Im also a 440) & my pain went away fast. Now if you dont have arch pain or heel pain thats bad you dont need them,normal Insoles/Inserts will do u fine.
