"To The Fairest" Finalist in the Blizzard Ataris Contest 2007. Song: The Ataris - Not Capable of Love.

This was my first video.

The slightly redone version of my entry for the WoW machinima contest. I made it to the top 10 finalists with it, and was exceptionally happy with that. (From the votes when it closed, I was 4th place.) There was a lot of competition from expert Machinima makers. Now that the competition is over, I uploaded and enabled it here.

There were three Ataris songs to choose from, I chose "Not Capable of Love."

This was my first attempt at a Machinima video, I used Premiere Elements, Photoshop Elements, Fraps, and Modelviewer. The redone version mostly just cleans up the greenscreening, which I hadn't figured out how to do before submission. ^_^

This vid is obviously reffering to the Greek myth about an apple being addressed to ''The Fairest'', and in result all of the female gods start arguing among themselves. The male elf in the video has a relationship with the short-haired elf, but the ?night? (I dont play WoW) elf is seducing him. He knows he can resist, so he resorts to killing the night elf, while attempting to do it the short-haired one sees them together and runs away. The heroe then tries to get her back.

Its actually pretty good....if you're not a simple minded fool I'm fairly certain blizzard chose that one because of the machinima quality and the meaning behind it all, I think it has something to do with breaking free of the chains that hold us back from our true potential, or something along those lines
