How to make Elegant Pictures, Without photoshop

Edit: I've gotten photoshop since a long time ago now ;P

I dont have photoshop, so this is the way i use to do with my pictures.
All my friend say "oh how do you make thoose" or something, so i desided to make a sort of help-video to tip people that don't have photoshop.

I don't know if im the first one with this trick,(because even a fool could figure this out, but i had boring..) so don't report me for something. If there is any problem about this video, mail me.

Here is the text for the information :P

1. First choose an good picture.
2.Then you open it with
Microsoft Office Picture Manager
3.Choose edit picture and then click on degree and contrast
4.Now you can work with contrast and degree
to get the picture as you want it.
5.When you're finish click on color
6.When you're finish click on color
7.Then choose saturation and make it -100% to get the picture gray
8.Then you can choose improve color if you want the eye (or something) to be in
centre of the picture
9.Then you can choose improve color if you want the eye (or something) to be in
centre of the picture
10.Work with color and degree and contrast until you're satisfied
11.DO NOT FORGET TO SAVE YOUR PICTURE
12.then you copy the picture
13.Also open this one in
Microsoft Office Picture Manager
14.Now you can work whit the color ones more
15.DO NOT FORGET TO SAVE THE PICTURE
16.Open up the pictures in paint
17.To get it more easier you may have to make the picture small
by choosing image, change size.
18.Mark the part of the eye that you want
19.Then copy
20.Take up the other photo and paste
21.Put the copy inte the exakt place as you took it from in the other picture
22.you can zoom on the eye just to see if it looks ok

If u dont have or have to install Picture Manager,then just go onto pixlr,com/editor its nearly the same,u just click on "adjustment" and then work away with colour balance,and Brightness :D i did,and i used the paint technice and,it still worked :D
