hi, i got DCS-1130L, i have 1 problem with this camera.it suddenly turned off from nowhere, the light just turned off,not red and not green. i'm sure the electricity is normal..is there a problem with the poweer adapter or something? please help..thanks!

@leb041091 Is your DCS-1130L still under warranty? It could be a hardware issue, you may want to bring it to Singapore Service Center for a check.

i got 3 working camera now but the problemis that the D-veiw cam software is not working and couldnint find the manual for the new version which is included with the IP camera DCS-1130.

i wonder why my dcs-1130 doenst have the online account options. i cant make account the the wizard finishes.

@hotafghans I hope this reply is not too late for you. Did you try resetting it? You may do so by resetting the DCS-1130L IP camera for 10 seconds through the reset hole at the back with the unit powered on. After resetting it, please follow the set up procedures on how to re-set up the IP camera.
