SUNFLOWER SEED CHEESE/DIP (RAW VEGAN)
1 C. soaked, rinsed, drained raw sunflower seeds
1/4 C. water
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove
1/2-1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tsp. nutritional yeast
Add all ingredients to food processor or high speed blender until smooth. Be sure to scrape down the sides and continue to blend until completely mixed through.
Use it to dip raw veggies, crackers or spread onto tortillas, bagels or whatever you like! (It's a great spread on sandwiches.)
