I am from Toronto, Canada, and I visit dubai, al ain and many other cities in the UAE. These houses are NORMAL. believe it or NOT. Average JOE lives there. why are the streets empty? becouse, its "Un-Islamic/Arabic" tradition to loiter, and walk the streets in bakini and have street gang rouming around with grafitti. Its UN ISLAMIC. May ALLAH BLESS the UAE and the rest of the Gulf. Amen.

@thelegendarylord your a little outdated, the US has surpassed 15 trillion, and is 48,000 per capita estimate, thats not that far from UAE, which is 69,000. these are from 2011.

These houses are considered small.
@InspiredMuse74 Dude the USA is only the richest country in the world in terms of how much money it makes as a whole but not as their average income. The average income of the United Arab emirates is higher than that of the USA.The USA is not even in the top 5 when it comes to gdp per capita(average income).Let me explain it so you could understand..
Usa-14trillion-300million people
UAE-200Billion-5million people Not to mention the USA owes 15 trillion dollars.
