To minimize this inhumane degradation is to reveal one's own limitations and insecurities. There is certainly nothing "entertaining" about degrading fellow humans. There is certainly nothing legitimate in this form of "entertainment."

It is a way for cowardly, insecure boys (and girls, amazingly) to elevate themselves by degrading others. The nimrods that participate in this sort of abuse are likely the same red neck nimrods that saw nothing wrong with what happened in Abu Ghraib.
