  • Hey Brian, what was your first setup like?

  • @DjR3aper It was nicer than what I had used at Multi Opps! You tend to learn what you like and don't like when you get the opprotunity to use other's rigs. 8 Space Rack: 2 Sony CD Players 1 Stanton Vestax Mixer 4 space rack: Crown PB1 Amp ADJ Light Switcher 2 Sonic 3 Way Speakers (Sat on the floor) 2 Tri Pods & T sections Mirror Ball with 2 Pin Spots ADJ Sunlight 2 Par 56 Cans 1 Sonic CD Case (@100 CDs) Total Cost (minus CDs) = @$1700.00

  • You are so funny! You should make big bucks just for your personality!

  • I think the word that you are looking for is " The Underdog " or " the Little engin that could" :) better yet if a Ford Fiesta beat a Dodge Viper in a sprint race that would be best to describe you.... just imagin the crowd would react to that... just in case..Hope I didn't effended you. I'm practicing and enjoying thanks. :)

  • Love the analogy Brian! 500$???? find me that car man and I will sell my soul.... (Huge Camaro fan)

  • A bit of reverse psychology/reverse role-ish helped me out with my confidence years ago. As an audience member, I've always had respect for DJ's and emcees who were able to hold their own on the mic. I'm sure many other spectators would think the same thing. So what I would do is picture myself in the Emcee's shoes and imagine the audience thinking highly of the job I would do. That gave a great boost in confidence. Another thing that helped out too is singing karaoke to get over stage fright.

  • Brian, I am a 16 year old DJ, ive been DJ'ing since 2008. ive DJ'ed weddings, partys, and all kinds of stuff. any kinds of advice for a better show?

  • dude you're exactly right this happened to me when i just little under two years ago, i walked into the venue and even the management crew didn't believe i was the dj but oh boy it took me twice as long as it usually takes to tear down cause of the amount of people that would go and congratulate me for the great job i had done
